After the harvest and olive sorting, we immediately start producing olive oil, using all the TRADITIONAL METHODS that our ancestors taught us and we apply till today. Thus, olive oil is produced by COLD PRESSING of less than 27 ℃ WITHOUT additional chemicals or hot water.
