Made with only natural ingredients - water, soybeans, wheat, salt, spirit vinegar, ethyl alcohol & sugar - and no additives whatsoever. It takes several months to make in a special process resulting that reduces the salt content but retains all the great umami taste. The award-winning Japanese bottle design allows you to control the speed of pour simply by placing a finger over one of the holes in the cap. No mess, no fuss - just the amount of soy sauce you want Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce is the essential store-cupboard ingredient. Use as a cooking sauce for stir-fries, stews and shepherds pie, or as a condiment to add a final flourish to soups, salad dressings and sushi.
